Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

All orders received after 2:00PM will be processed the next day.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

In Canada:

- Free in-store pick up (Montréal). We will contact you by phone or email once your order is ready. It can take 1-4 business days. Please bring your ID and order confirmation with you.

- Orders shipped to Canada generally take up to 1-5 business days for delivery (with a tracking number). Free shipping for orders over $99.



- Orders shipped to the USA generally take up to 2-7 business days for delivery (with a tracking number). Free shipping for orders over $500.

International :

Orders shipped to the rest of the world may take up to 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping cost depends on selected item and your location.

Delays may vary due to customs clearance which are out of our control.  Please see the customs section in this help guide for more information.

 We will only ship to valid civic addresses – sorry no P.O. boxes. We are currently accepting orders shipped  everywhere in the world. If an item is returned to us because it was not claimed, refused by you or due to a delivery attempt to a wrong address, we will charge you the actual shipping costs incurred instead of the flat rate. Once the merchandise is received we will issue you a refund for the cost of the merchandise less the actual shipping fees. This does not apply to items purchased on sale or with a discount code, which are exchangeable, eligible for store credit but not refundable.

We are not responsible for import taxes, additional fees or shipping delays (if any) associated with shipping to the rest of the world, and encourage you to familiarize yourself with these before purchasing.
